Kimchi Soup

Today, I have a recommendation for an easy, affordable, and delicious meal. Kimchi soup has an amazing flavour, as well as being packed with nutrients that will help you through the finals season. In addition, it contains probiotics that will help keep you healthy and fight off the illnesses rushing through the classrooms right now.

The Recipe:

To make Kimchi soup, begin by combining kimchi, hot pepper, pork, and sugar in a large pot. If you have a dietary restriction, the pork can be omitted from this dish. Add water to this pot to dilute the flavors, and let simmer for 30 minutes. During this time, begin cooking white rice.

After 30 minutes, add cubed tofu to the soup. Let this cook for 10 more minutes before removing the pot from the heat source.

Add in your now-cooked rice and use chopped green onions to the top to garnish. Serve.

To those of you who try, let me know what you think. Leave me comments, or contact me at the bottom of this page.
