Hello, I'm Elyssa
a University of Colorado student.
Like the majority of college students, there never seems to be enough time in my day to make a good, healthy meal. Yet, college demands that I stay sharp and energized, meaning I need all the nutrition I can get. "There has to be a balance between time, nutrition, and budget," I thought. And I found exactly that.
